My husband and I are planning to purchase our wedding rings. My husband and I want different style of wedding band… he wants a plain one while I want one with designs on it… I want one with diamonds while he wants without diamonds. I have been searching matching sets from several jewelry stores online and in malls and unfortunately haven’t found a matching set that we like. So can anyone tell me if it is okay if my husband and I have wedding rings that do not match? Thanks in advance who will answer my question.

My boyfriend proposed to me in the most unexpected situation..and he did not have a ring with him at that time. Now, we are having an engagement party next month where would exchange the rings. We are going to pick the rings together. Currently we live in different towns and we have decided to have a wedding next year or so..when I end my contract with my company and move to his place. isn’t it customary to exchange rings for wedding as well? So, we get two rings?

I have seen girls wearing an engagement ring with a diamond and a wedding band which is more simpler. But, I have never seen guys wearing two rings!!

I have two rings I plan on resizing. A diamond channel wedding band and a solitare diamond engagement ring. The rings would go up 1.5 sizes. Both are platinum. What kind of things should I talk with the jewler about or be weary of after resizing them?
Well, I handed my ring over to the jewelers and now I have to wait, which is killing me. It should be done by Thursday. I just pray that it comes out just like how it was before but a few sizes up.

So you give an engagment ring (its the fancy one with the diamonds) then on the wedding you give the girl a wedding band? Is this correct or way off? Then afterward you get them joined together? All 3 stones are the same size, lined up right next to each other. The band is an opened band.

My wedding band has diamonds only on one side and the diamonds weigh the band down and the ring turns around, I’m looking for something that I can maybe put on both the rings to keep them the same way… if that makes sense…
