I am going to Manhattan next Saturday and I’d like to buy a diamond engagement ring and wedding band - good quality - but for a great price. I know on Canal Street they have great deals on stuff like pocket books and watches… but I’m not sure if this is the best place to buy a diamond… I mean, how will I know its of good quality? I can’t afford a place like Tiffany’s or anything even remotely like that… what is your input?
