    No, settings can put diamonds in the same area, but it will not look like one diamond. It will look like one in the middle and 1 each third of the way around the center diamond.

    You could remove them and then make a necklace or wedding band out of them. You can do whatever you want. Jewelry stores have days where the jeweler shows up to remount jewelry. Ask your favorite jewelry store when they’ll have one next. Here are a couple of examples.

    You could also put them around your marquise, like this…

    The best idea I can think of is for you to get a ring and put the diamonds as close to each other as possible. If you are looking for it to look like one diamond then maybe you should sell the 3 stones and go for one larger diamond.
