    sounds like you already have an idea of what you want. As far as that goes, just look for something that would suit HER taste. if she prefers white gold go with that. Is it an engagement ring or her wedding band? if it is the wedding band be sure it complements the engagement ring incase she would like to wear them together.

    Thailand has beautiful jewlery and you would be better served to buy it over there. Gold is a better quality and about half what you pay for it anywhere else.. Most jewlers in Thialand will make you custom stuff for about half of what you would buy a ready made item here.

    I suggest that you set an aquamarine in white gold - not yellow. That stone is too pale to be set in yellow. Try they have all kinds of settings and loose stones.
