simple plain gold wedding bands. pawn shops are loaded with good affordable ones. bet you wish you thought of this for your engagement ring don’t you???

It depends. I am a white gold girl myself, and I wouldn’t mind having even a small diamond with a white gold band. That would be pretty. But nothing too fancy, simple is probably best.

well if that was me i would just want a plane wedding band that matches the engagment ring or the wedding band to match your wedding band

Well, if she likes white gold and she is not a “picky” person, then I would get a white gold band with something beautiful in it. Like your initials or “I Love You” or something. And, maybe get a band with a couple of diamonds around it.
    I hope this helps. Congrats!

Find something that matches the engagment ring. When you bought the wedding ring you should of asked the people what wedding band would match, but since you didn’t try to take a pic of it and tell the jewler what the best wedding band would be.

after you propose and start making wedding plans you’ll both go to pick out your wedding bands together. you don’t make that choice for her, unless she’s picked out an engagement ring that comes as part of a set including a band. I have a friend who got a white gold engagement ring but wanted yellow gold (go figure). she picked out a yellow gold band and wears it with the white gold engagement ring until she can get yellow gold to match. it looks weird but that’s what happens when the groom doesn’t consult the girl on what kind of metal and stones she wants.

I would try to match it up like that, if you didnt’ get a wedding set, just a ring. Often they come as a set, but if not, you need to try out the wedding band next to the engagement ring, make sure they are similar in design. A plain white gold band, kind of slim, not as wide as a man’s wedding ring, is going to look best, if she chooses to wear them together.

You might want to get matching bands, one that you would wear and she would wear, you know. It’s nice if you have the wedding band engraved inside too, usually just enough room for the date and some initials, love, etc.

Look at this website, lots of variety even among “plain” bands. I like the ones with some design to them, a little etching, or raised patterns.

my mom’s wedding ring and engagement ring both had diamonds on them the engagement and less than the wedding ring though

Have you given her the engagement ring yet? If you have, then the next step should be to suggest that the two of you go to the jeweler’s *together* to choose your wedding bands. (You’re going to wear one too, aren’t you?) That way, you can each get something that you like and that will complement each other’s, and she can choose a style that she likes and that will go well with her diamond.

If you already bought her a solitaire, then get a band with small inset diamonds across the front to match it. That is what I have and I love it.

Never EVER buy a ring from a pawn shop. Personally, I would be offended if I was the 2nd person to wear a wedding ring. Here are a few options that are pretty typical wedding bands.

This would look pretty with a solitare:+%26+wedding/wedding+bands/1-2ct+tw+anniversary+diamond+ring+1595795.do?sortby=ourPicks

    or
    +%26+wedding/wedding+bands/white+gold+wedding+ring%2C+4+mm+1019007.do?sortby=bestSellers

    Good luck! :)

If you have already bought the engagement ring, I might wait on the wedding band until you know if she likes the ring. I am sure she will:) What does the band on the ring look like? Maybe she will want a wedding band with diamonds or she might want a plain band.

you got her the engagement ring. that’s all you need for now. about a month before the wedding, the two of you should go shopping together to pick out the wedding bands.

A wedding band that matches the engagement ring is what you get. Was the engagement ring in white gold? If so, get a wedding band in white gold. Try

You will find interesting ones there!
