any diamond jewellery stores will be able to tell you .you can also make an estimate by it’s size and comparing it with a standard carat is to price chart
go to an appraiser
You could do some window shopping on e-bay, but your best bet is to take the jewelry to a jewelry store for an appraisal. They may charge you a few bucks for it.
