How big is your diamond in your wedding ring?
April 21st, 2008
Fancy You asked:
carots?
carots?
I would never ask this in person! I figured since we are playing here & I don’t really know you I could ask. Please don’t be offended. I’m just curious.

1/4 carat diamond, in a titanium tension set ring elegant and black.
3/4 ct, white gold solitare setting
size doesn’t matter unless you care about comparing it with Mrs. Jones. If he picked it out, that should be more precious and valued than the size. For me, I don’t need some gaudy stone to know how much my man loves me.
lol i know my sisters is a 1 carat diamond with tiny diamonds embedded in a platinum band. thats her wedding ring
my engagement ring itself is 7/8 carat. my wedding ring itself has diamond baguettes (sp?) in it which i don’t know what the carat is. not too big, not too small! works for me!
i don’t know the carat weight but its the perfect size on my hand.
1 carat for the engagement, another 1/4 in the wedding band.
1/4 or 1/3 in my engagement ring. And it was perfect. You know, angels singing when I tried it on… the second time.
This is the one time that size really doesn’t matter. What really matters is what it represents.
I have a bridal set. My engagement and wedding rings combined is 1 carat.
do not let the size of your ring determain the relationship. EX: my original engagement ring was a 1/4 kt. diamond, with a plain gold band, and i loved it. As our marriage went on we love each other dearly, and stood by each other and support each other in everything. We have had our ups and downs, but things are great now, so great that for 25th wedding aniversary, I was given a 5 kt. square diamond with 2 1/2 kt. of baggets. I wear it when we go out, or to special events, but the ring I still wear the most (daily) is the original. I married the man I love, MY SOULMATE, but needless to say he was broke ( construction worker) which thank god I did not marry for money. I did marry a hard working man that set his goals on success,(Which he is, One of the largest builders in metro Atlanta) We still joke about how, when we were at our lowest, he would tell me “One day I am going to be able to build you the biggest house you have ever seen, you will drive the best cars, and have a big rock on that finger” Of course I thought he was a dreamer not to mention NUTS, but it all came true.
I guess my point is marry for love not money, and support your husband, in every way! I ended up with my soulmate, and ALL the things we dreamed about!
Mine is a little over a carat. Appraised for a little over 8,000.00. The best part, I paid 1,200.00.
No kidding.
