go to a jeweller. they might exchange your gold band for a silver one.

    talk with a jeweler

they can put a rhodium plating over yellow gold that will make it white-gold.

There wouldn’t be any way unless you buy a whole new setting and have your original diamond placed in it.

Gold being white or yellow has to do with the alloy and can’t be changed later. The white gold is not a coating (I guess it could be, but it would wear off after a short time and the yellow would show through again.)

They might be able to plate it…or they could melt it and use the gold in it to make a new ring that was white gold.

A jeweller would have to make a whole new ring using the diamond from your current ring.

You can change your yellow gold ring to white by having a jeweller coat it with rodium. This is not permanent, it will eventually wear off.
