Is this a good deal for this wedding ring trio set?

We aren’t the wealthiest of people but would still like a nice ring set at an affordable price. I don’t know much about diamonds or rings but was hoping someone out there would know if this was a good deal. Thanks.

    You could do better at Target or Walmart. Not being snarky, either. Check department stores like Kohls or JC Penney as well. Good luck!

    I would definately consider getting your rings from a store- not offline. I have had my dream ring picked out since I was a little girl, and when I went and tried it on- I really didnt like the way it looked on my hand. You can get BEAUTIFUL rings at Walmart and Kmart for cheap. You can also get nice rings at Pawn shops for cheap too. I think the rings are beautiful, but until you see a 1/8 ct ring up close you really dont realize how small it is. I know that the diamond size means nothing, but if you are wanting a kind of nice size diamond 1/8 ct is not very big. I would suggest shopping around at a few stores and trying on different rings before buying one offline. I hope this helps, and good luck with the marriage!

    ummm…. 10K gold, and not much real dimonds - I agree, try Wal-Mart, or CostCo

    You would be getting diamond chips - and really small ones at that. Study the three C’s of diamonds online, then go do some looking around in stores - that way you’ll be able to compare and understand sizes of diamonds before buying. Spend some time in research and you’ll know what’s the best deal.

    I would suggest Walmart if you are looking to get a less expensive ring. Here’s an example…

    You can find a mens band almost anywhere and it doesn’t have to match exactly. I have a white gold and ruby wedding set and my husband has a titanium ring. He was very picky so we had to make sure we found one he would like and it only cost $100. However you can find mens bands at places like kay.com for $65 which is where I’ve bought several of my rings. Plus you can go to the store or just get it online and know that it’s good jewlery.

    Here’s another idea…does it have to be a diamond ring?? Is there a stone that she reallllly likes…for example…

    Then all you have to do it buy a wedding band for both of you and it could be plain gold or a ring with stones.

    I think that the price is fine, and I have had very good luck with Overstock. The diamonds are decent just really small. If I were you I would get your hubby a titanium ring and spend more money on your set.
