Our 20th wedding anniversary is coming soon. What diamond/platinum ring setting is the most traditional?

diamond wedding rings
Jeffrey B asked:

I’m thinking of a platinum band with either 3 diamonds, center one largerst, or five diamonds of equal size. I’d like to go with the most traditional setting for this 20th anniversary gift. Thanks

Traditionally the 20th anniversary gift is china. The modern spin on it is platinum however traditionally platinum should be saved for the 60th anniversary. If you want to go for the platinum now however, I would go with a 3 stone setting. I have one and it is gorgeous, I won’t ever take it off.

At the silver anniversary, an eternity ring. Wait for five years!!!
